Soy Sauce Buttered Noodles
so simple but so delicious
Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2lb pasta
24oz chicken broth ( as much as needed to cover your pasta)
1 tbsp soy sauce ( more as needed)
3/4 cup parmesan
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Recipe:
Start by melting the butter and oil together in a pan on medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add in the minced garlic.
Let this cook until fragrant, then add in the dried pasta. Mix this around to cover the pasta in the garlic/ oil.
Then, pour in your chicken broth until your noodles are just covered. Season your dish.
Let this cook for 10 minutes or until most of the broth is absorbed and your pasta is fully cooked. 5. Add in your soy sauce, parmesan and a little bit more butter.
Stir this until a creamy sauce forms. If it’s too dry- add more broth. If it’s too wet, add more cheese. Enjoy :)
