It’s time for another classic…ALFREDO SAUCE!!!! This is one of our favorites, dating back to our pre-foodie days. From home cooked Fettuccine Alfredo dinners as a child, to ordering Gnocchi Alfredo at a North End restaurant, the delicious simplicity of the creamy Alfredo sauce never disappoints. Now you, too, can enjoy Alfredo sauce with any pasta of your choice, any day of the week.

1 cup of parmesan cheese
1/2 stick of butter
3/4 cup of heavy cream
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parsley
What do I do?
1) Cook the pasta according to box instructions.
2) While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
2) Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic and stir.
3) Once the garlic is nice and fragrant, add in the heavy cream. Stir.
4) Drain the pasta, then add it immediately to the cream mixture in the pan. Turn the heat off, and stir the pasta into the cream mixture.
